This artwork marks the beginning of a new creative chapter for Anit as an artist. Rider is the first artwork Anit made of steel nails and other metal pieces. It contains titanium screws and pieces, which were surgically extracted from the bones of Anit's friend who used to be a passionate motorbike rider.
After he suffered a severe life-threatening motorbike accident he had to undergo a few surgeries to reconstruct his broken bones. He kept all the titanium pieces which served to heal his injuries and promised his wife not to ride a motorbike ever again, so Anit took the metal pieces and created this artwork for him as a tribute to his passion.
